"My insurance rate is already high since I’m only 20, but this company made things worse. They added several discounts to my policy only to remove them later and charge my card over $700. On top of that, someone signed me up for a life insurance policy I NEVER approved, which added another $21 a month. Multiple representatives told me they had no idea how that happened. They also changed the type of policy I had without my consent, adding another $200. I’ve never had these issues with any other insurance company. Now I have to wait for a refund after they withdrew money I needed for other bills. I will say the representative I spoke with was very kind, and I appreciate their compassion. However, when I put my payments on autopay, it’s because I trust the company to charge me correctly—not to overcharge me and leave me short on my other expenses not to mention I had to reach out for things to get resolved. Based on my experience, I do NOT recommend this insurance company."
